Tate is a writer, producer, and assistant director with experience in film, documentary, commercials, and television. She is a DGA Award nominated Stage Manager for Spike Jonze’s piece Aziz Ansari: Right Now for Netflix. Currently, she is line producing an independent feature documentary. She was the 1st AD and production supervisor for the field department at Full Frontal with Samantha Bee for three seasons. She has worked at The Problem with Jon Stewart and four seasons of Saturday Night Live. As a digital field producer at MTV/Logo, where she created digital content for TripOut Travel, a gay travel show in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile. She also produced on-air segments for MTV/Logo's PopLab and associate produced the GLAAD-nominated "Cadillac's Road to Success" campaign. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a degree in writing. She not only co-wrote but also produced two short films The Surf Report, The Future is Bright. IMDB
